Mail Orders
If you wish to mail order, you can get in touch via "Contact Us" page.
Please tell us which items you would like--you can find the names of each item by clicking the image and the quantity you wish to order. Also, send us your postal address and email address and we will send you an invoice with the payment options. Standard postage is 2.50 and additional 1.00 thereafter.
Terms & Conditions
RETURNS: Please check all items immediately on arrival. If you change your mind, you can return unused item(s) at your cost along with your order number(or relevant information if purchased at one of our events), contact details(email address and postal address) within 14 days and the value for the goods will be refunded. If you wish to exchange, you can return unused item(s) at your cost along with your order number(or relevant information if purchased at one of our events), contact details(email address and postal address) within 14 days and replacement(s) will be sent out without extra cost. When goods have faults with them, a full refund will be issued.
We cannot refund or exchange used or damaged items.

DELIVERY: We aim to dispatch goods the following day but please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS: If you have purchased a product but wish to cancel, please contact us BEFORE the item is shipped.
If you contact us after the item has been "Shipped", then you will need to return the item once it arrives.
